The island is constructed with commercial-grade 16-gauge galvanized steel reinforced with moisture-resistant HardieBacker ceramic tile backer board. Porcelain tile is available for the countertop, with natural stone upgrades and multiple exterior finish options available to create a look that complements your outdoor space.

The configuration you’ve provided features Cal Flame’s P-Series P4 32-inch built-in grill, constructed from 304 stainless steel and delivering 75,000 BTUs of total cooking power. Four 15,000-BTU main burners provide independent cooking zones, while a 15,000-BTU ceramic-core infrared burner adds rotisserie capability. The grill provides approximately 800 square inches of cooking area and includes V-Grates, dual halogen lights, individual burner ignition, a rotisserie kit, smoker box, griddle, and grill cover.

A separate 15,000 BTU drop-in side burner gives you additional space for sauces, vegetables, or side dishes without leaving the outdoor kitchen. The 4.6-cu.-ft. refrigerator keeps ingredients and beverages cold and within reach, while the 30-inch stainless-steel double-access doors provide convenient under-counter storage. An outdoor-rated electrical outlet adds power for appliances and accessories.

Configuration note: There are currently different BBK-830 configurations in the market. Some newer Escape Series listings use a 60,000-BTU G-Series grill and make the refrigerator optional, while other BBK-830/LBK-830 packages use the P4 75,000-BTU grill, refrigerator, side burner, and 30-inch doors described above. Your supplier configuration should control exactly what your customer receives.
