What If My Order Has Already Shipped?

If your order has already left our warehouse, we are unable to cancel it. However, you can still return it under our 90-day return policy:

What If I Ordered the Wrong Item?

Contact us immediately at support@giahao.com if you realize you ordered the wrong item. If your order has not yet shipped, we can cancel it and help you place a new order for the correct item. If it has already shipped, our 90-day return policy applies.

Cancellations by GIAHAO LLC

In very rare cases, GIAHAO LLC may need to cancel your order. This may happen if:
